The "Warranty Period" will begin at the date of production finished as indicated on the label. Every product can be tracked according to the PI number on the label.

2. Guarantee Performance

Brilloop is responsible for the quality during warranty period, will either repair or provide a replacement product (or components) for the defective product, or to an appropriate credit for the purchase price thereof. Repairs, replacements or remedies will not extend or renew the applicable Warranty Period. Warranty Compensation will be based on ”usage factors and time in use” and “Technology Value” and will be pro-rated based on this and information collected from buyers.

Additional costs (e.g. demounting, freight for defect components or luminaries, disposal, mounting, ride time, tools for lifting and scaffolding) or other costs coming from a breakdown of installation or costs in relation with consequential damage are not covered by the warranty.

3. Process for warranty

Every defect must be reported to Brilloop with an information collection form. Clear pictures, videos, working condition and failure descriptions should be provided for analysis. Based on the evidence and preliminary analysis result, Brilloop will determine the solutions.

4. Exclusion

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary approvals and to understand the product's intended use and all relevant instructions, recommendations, and guidelines for the proper installation. The purchaser is responsible for suitability of installation and full implementation and must determine potential risk in applications and installations independently.

Below cases will be excluded in this warranty:

a) Defects caused by corrosive environments, excessive wear and tear, neglect, carelessness, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal use of the products.

b) Electrical supply conditions, including supply spikes, over-voltage/under-voltage and ripple current.

c) Merely negligible and insignificant damage or defects of the guarantee product (e.g. outage of individual of several LED chips or LED arrays).
